Buddy System

For the safety of our staff, we employ a buddy system. This will not incur any extra charges for you.

What this means for you is that your therapist or aesthetician will show up with another team member. All we ask is that you please provide a space for this person to wait while your session is completed. We prefer this space is close to, but not in the same room as, your treatment. 

For those who visit us at our spa, there will be a buddy on the premises.

This policy is non-negotiable.

Policies

On Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to fill out your paperwork.

Cancellation

Please be courteous and make cancellations as soon as you know you need to. If you arrive late, your session will not be extended. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will considered cancelled.
