For the safety of our staff and our clients we employ a buddy system during our mobile services. This will not incur any extra charges for you.
What this means for our clients is your practitioner will arrive with another team member. All we ask is that you please provide a space for this person to wait while your session is completed. We prefer this space to be close to, but not in the same room as, your treatment.
This policy is non-negotiable.
Please be about 10 minutes early to your appointment. If you are a new client, please be at least 15 minutes early so you have time to fill out your paperwork and speak with your practitioner about your session needs.
We understand that cancellations need to happen sometimes, but please be courteous and give us at least 24 hours advanced notice. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you arrive late your session will not be extended. If you are more than 15 minutes late your session will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given. We also extend the opportunity to reschedule for a more suitable time; please, give us prompt notice to do so. Appointments can only be rescheduled twice. The third attempt to reschedule will result in a non-refundable cancellation. Past and standing appointments cannot be rescheduled.
